In the summer of 1995, Robert James Pashman played a Belgian festival date as keyboardist with metal band POWER and then a full-fledged tour of Germany & Austria in the fall of the same year.  Opening up the shows was China Beach who became Kill II This later on.  I am still in touch with Mark Mynett (a lecturer and recording studio guy) and Jeff Singer who plays drums for the very successful Paradise Lost.
